Qualifications of the Pastry Cook

• Required | 2 years’ commercial baking/pastry experience, or degree in pastry arts from a certified culinary school with 6 months’ commercial baking/pastry experience
• Required | Friday - Monday availability
• Required |WA Food Card (within 14 days after hire)
• Desirable | Degree in culinary arts
